This 75-minute aqua aerobics class has it all! Following warm-up, we will perform 45 minutes of heart-pumping, calorie-burning cardio, a thorough 20 minutes of body conditioning, including abs/core, completing the workout with a comprehensive stretching/cool-down segment.
