CYCLE & ABS - LeMond RevMaster Indoor Cycling | Length: | 75 minutes | | | | Max Class Size: | 7 students | | Dates: | May 7 to June 27, 2012 (8 weeks) | | Price: | $225 for 8-week session | | Sessions: | Mon & Wed 6:30 am - 7:45 am | Cycle & Abs (i.e. aka spinning), is a hugely popular group, indoor cycling class that closely simulates an outdoor cycling experience. This form of cardiovascular/aerobic exercise is an effective and efficient method of burning calories, is predominately non-weight bearing, so it is easy on the joints, and there is no complex choreography to learn. All you have to do is rotate the pedals! Set to motivating music, while being taught/coached by Jackie, you will cycle for 45-50 minutes at your own individual pace, get a phenomenal workout and have fun! A thorough 15 minute abdominal/core conditioning segment follows the cycling segment. All healthy men and women from 18 years of age and up are welcome. |
