KICKBOXING CIRCUIT | Length: | 75 minutes | | | | Max Class Size: | 8 students | | Dates: | Sept 14 to Nov 4, 2010 (8 weeks) | | Price: | $240 for 8 week session | | Sessions: | Tue/Thurs 9:30 am - 10:45 am | This class does it all! We begin with a thorough warm-up and then proceed into the 45-minute kickboxing cardio segment. The kickboxing skills and combinations will progress from simple to more complex as the eight weeks continues and will be fun, non-stop movement that will burn fat and calories and strengthen the core. Following the kickboxing segment, will be a thorough weight-training segment designed to keep the heart rate elevated and continue burning calories while strengthening major muscles group in the body. The class will complete with a challenging abdominal/core segment and a relaxing cool down stretch. All healthy men and women from 18 years of age and up are welcome.
