Price: $120 for 8-week session
Sessions: Tue 8:00 am - 9:15 am

This class does it all! We begin with a thorough warm-up and then proceed into the 45-minute kickboxing cardio segment. The kickboxing skills and combinations will progress from simple to more complex as the session continues and will be fun, non-stop movement that will burn fat and calories and strengthen the core. Following the kickboxing segment, will be a thorough weight-training segment designed to keep the heart rate elevated and continue burning calories while strengthening major muscles group in the body. The class will complete with a challenging abdominal/core segment and a relaxing cool down stretch. All healthy men and women from 18 years of age and up are welcome.
