fear that you will not be able to perform the exercises, you can relax and enjoy our non-competitive, safe, effective and fun exercise environment and program.
If you are looking for a gentle, nurturing, safe, effective and fun exercise
program environment, this is the perfect class for you. We will combine
cardiovascular/stamina, muscular strength/endurance training, core
stability/balance/agility training and flexibility into a 75-minute class
format. This 8-week session is progressed gradually, enabling you to improve
all five components of physical fitness, your quality of life and your ability
to perform activities of daily living efficiently. |
