We begin with a thorough warm-up, followed by 45 minutes of basic, athletic-style step combinations combined with muscular strength training intervals, which is a great way to improve cardiovascular endurance, burn calories and have fun. We complete the class with more muscular strength training, abdominal/core training and a thorough cool down/stretch segment. |
