Because each individual participant is able to choose the weight increment they feel comfortable with, everyone is able to work at their own level. Every major muscle group of the body, including the abdominals and the core, will be thoroughly worked utilizing free weights, resistive tubing, medicine balls, fit balls, body bars, and more. The goal of this class is to enable every participant to improve their muscular strength which will enable them to become more functional during normal daily activities and recreational activities as well. This is the ultimate weight bearing exercise class! |
